I missed placed the bolts to assemble. Can we buy spares?

Yes, at Lowe's, Home Depot or hardware store.

Does this board have hooks on it to hang easel paper from it as well?

No hooks. The board flips vertically on the horizontal axis, so the top becomes the bottom when flipped. However, there is nothing to prevent you from using a clamp style clip to hold an easel in place.

Does this wobble when you write on it? I would hate that.

It does not wobble when I write on it.
