I read the reviews and held off ordering until I received a voucher for Xmas and I’m kicking myself that I did. It’s amazing. It’s cut down on oral pain relief significantly and the relief when I use it is instantaneous. The nonsense reviews that highlight it leaves marks behind are just that, utter nonsense. It’s a perfectly natural consequence of using this kind of technology and the entire unit is well designed, easy to use and worth every single penny. Can’t recommend enough. Relief from arthritis & menopausal joint pain.

Absolutely brilliant item. It was so relaxing. The movement on the temple is just what I need. I love that you can listen to your own music via Bluetooth. Excellent item and would highly recommend.

Such a shame.1 star as bought this for my insomnia, which it almost cures but doesn't at all.All I wanted was the temples to be massaged as that would put me to sleep however there is no option for this and it just does too much which is too stimulating to be put to sleep.Secondly, why is there a feature (that can not be turned off) where air is pumped into the back of the mask and in doing so pulls the mask off your head ? Why on earth is that what they built into this mask?Thirdly. Why is there no silent mode? Trying to put this on quietly whilst my partner sleeps, it loudly announces the setting. I'm eventually able to turn on to silent only to then get to the end of the massage to have it loudly annouce that the massage has ended. Just why.This could have been so amazing and it was so so close but unfortunately have to return it and look for something else to put with my insomnia.

The good: heat is amazing, full blackout, very soft and comfy to wear, pressure on the temples is very strong even for my literal child sized head (I’m 27 and the size of an 11 year old), it feels like a solidly build proper branded mask rather than a cheap knock offThe bad: you can hear the air motor quite loud next to your ear, the awful speakers come on as soon as you turn it on and there’s no dedicated button to turn it off like a simple mute button switch so you have to long press of the buttons and it’s just not very convenient especially when you’re trying to relax lol, also I don’t feel like there’s enough pressure on the front and back of the head but I do have a tiny head lol, also when you turn it onto mute it mutes everything so you have to set the pressure and heat before you mute it and idk it’s just not very convenient and it’s irritating to do, you ideally should just be able to turn it on and have all the functions easy to findOverall: mixed opinions, definitely got its strong points and improvements, I just hope the developers listen to comments like mine and improve them for a next version of a mask!

Purchased this for my mam who has painful hands, she's loves it as it gives her great pain relief. Very good product used it myself and honestly my hands feel fantastic.
