The pillow incredibly comfortable and appreciate the high-quality memory foam. Significant relief from neck, shoulder, and back pain.

I bought this pillow for my mother in Kerala. It is of extremely good quality and helped her spondylitis pain. However, my feedback to Fovera is that for high humidity regions like Mumbai and Kerala, they should probably customise the pillow by adding a layer each of High Density Foam and High Resilience Foam. This is because of the fact that sweat causes the pillow to become soft and mushy thus reducing the support. Coming to the Customer Support, I would say that it is of World Class quality. I just made a call to inform them about my experience and in less than a day I get a call saying that a replacement pillow has been despatched. Superb experience !!

High-quality memory foam and great cover The build quality of this pillow is impressive. The memory foam has a slow bounce-back, and the outer cover is breathable and feels premium against the skin. It took me about 2–3 nights to get used to the "wave" shape, but now I can’t go back to a regular flat pillow. The zipper on the back makes it easy to remove the cover for washing. Great value for the price.

WORST PACKAGING EVER , JUST CAME IN SIMPLE TRANSPARENT POLYTHENE NOT EVEN AMAZON PACKAGING ON IT. THEY SENT ME USED PRODUCT LIKE SOMEONES 1YEAR USED REPLACEMENT PRODUCT , ITS SMELLING SO BAD (LIKE SMELL IS ON HEAD SIDE LIKE SOMEONES BODY SMELL AND OIL IS THERE) , THE COVER IS SO DIRTY AND LOSED ITS COLOUR , RECIEVED A DAMAGED FOAM , OVERALL BAD PRODUCT WIDTH IS SMALL ALSO YOUR HEAD WONT FIT.

Very comfortable. However, I found it small. I already expected it to be thin since I bought the standard size. But I found the width quite small. But it's a good pillow.
