Very light down jacket. Perfect for layering and as a good option for not super freezing temps. Fit is great. I can layer and still have good movement. Well made. Love it!

Love this jacket! I took it to France during January and it packs down into a tiny sack (not included in purchase), is light but warm and the hood was a lifesaver when it rained a bit. It's soft, pretty much waterproof, slim fitting/slightly longer so it doesn't look overly bulky in pics and is flattering.

I've had this for about 4 months now, and it's become my go-to jacket. I got it for a trip to a colder/windier climate, where it snowed for a part of the trip. I'm in California, so I didn't want something that was super warm but unusable to me afterward. This was perfect since I could layer it with a sweater under in colder travels...and it worked beautifully. Now, back home, I use it constantly as I head out the door. It's super light and compact and easy to toss into a bag for traveling. Highly recommend it. For me, it was about the right size (slightly larger than my usual size), but that worked out great for layering.

We have harsh winters where I live, I have a heavy duty coat but needed something for when its cold and that would travel better than my parka. This held up surprisingly well with 35 degree temps and layers. Without layers I would say 40s is the sweet spot for this to still keep you warm. The fact that it is so light makes packing it to travel very easy. I tried packing it back in its sack twice, with some serious effort it is doable, however I found just jamming it in the bottom of my bag easier.

Love this coat, it is light, easy to pack and really warm. Hip length. Excellent quality for the price. Comparable to other name brand coats of similar style.

Nice, light weight jacket. I like that it packs away so nicely. However, it is not 90% down filling. The hood is 100% polyester filling and the body is 85% down... yes, that makes a difference.

I absolutely love this jacket. I was away recently and cold weather struck unexpectedly and I was unprepared. I ordered this jacket because it's portability, style and price. I love that it is compact and easy to carry with me wherever I go packs away nicely for travel. Warm comfortable but not heavy great insulation. Love the color. It fits great plenty of room for heavier sweatshirts and sweaters underneath. It's also water resistant and can we dry during heavy rain. Dries quickly washes great. Fantastic quality great value.

**NOT SUITABLE FOR COLD WEATHER** I am writing this review as a Northern NY resident who purchased this for his beautiful wife. This jacket is thin, poorly filled and altogether not suitable for any region that gets below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The style, cut and fit is good - but do not purchase this with any intention of keeping warm.

i bought it for hiking ans thought it is water proof but when it was raining it didn't protect me it was so wet from inside also.
