Note these are FULL CONTRAST stockings meaning black welt, and black reinforced foot. These stocking are made on the ORIGINAL Aristoc machines from the 1960's. There are only a few of these machines left in the world and Gio has 4 of them. Gio Fully Fashion stockings are produced using the finest yarns to exacting standard in traditional methods to perfectly replicate the look and feel of vintage nylons and are indistinguishable from period production. Each stocking is examined five times in the manufacturing process and steamed to shape using 1950Õs Heliot steam boarding machines for a perfect packed and counter appearance. This beautiful heel is shaped to the ankle and gently tapers to a squared top to give the leg a flattering shape. Fully shaped leg and100% Nylon with Keyhole at Welt. These are true classics made with the same care and attention of days gone by on the original machines from the 1950Õs. Note these are a very stretchy and soft nylon but without lycra so inseam shrink as leg expands.
