Easy to use, very portable and effective

PLEASE ignore previous review and buckle up for a long explanation. I had purchased this and it stopped working, and was having the hardest time contacting BB to get a replacement. I had gone through a scam company who was just flip flopping, being rude, being polite, making my head spin, and just giving me all kinds of hell. I didn't know this another knock off company going by Bidet Buddy. I gave up when the return window closed and ordered a new one. The new one I had ordered wasn't as strong as this one, and I'm naturally more of a pessimist. My wife insisted on trying the new one and I just didn't like it and left some harsh reviews. Fast forward a couple weeks later and I answered my phone without looking. I never do that because eof spam calls but this was actually Bidet Buddy (shortened to BB here on out) contacting me to make everything right. They went above and beyond. Never let it be said that they have bad customer service. I'm always busy during the mornings and never have a chance to answer my personal phone but I want to thank everyone at that office for reaching out to me to fix this and I hope they forgive the late updates and amendments to these reviews as well. Thank You for being an A+, Customer Focused Powerhouse. You have a forever Customer with me.

Gets the job done, mostly. The Bidet Buddy is definitely better than going without, and it does a decent job for basic cleanup. Setup and use is easy, and the controls are straightforward. That said, the water pressure leaves a bit to be desired. If you're hoping for a thorough...let’s call it "deep cleaning" this might fall short. Still, 1000% better than dry TP alone.

I love this for travel and for leaving home.

Holds enough water for two uses. I’ve put a pump of liquid soap in mine and have had no issues with clogging. The children are enjoying the novelty of washing their bums.

It is so large and long when assembled that it is not practical. How are you supposed to used under your bottom when seated on a toilet? I returned it because frankly while a good idea, it does not work in a way that makes it useful.

This travel bidet works very well. When I was away from home on a trip it was a trusty companion to ensure I was extra fresh in a HOT place.
