Hunter PGP Ultra Rotor Sprinkler Heads - 4 Pack - Includes Adjustment Tool

I am installing some new irrigation on my property so I did some fresh research for sprinkler heads. I came to the conclusion these were the best for my needs. They are very easy to setup the water stream distance, rotation range and water volume for the head. They have replaceable nozzles to adjust the water flow from 1.5 to 8 gallon per minute. The quality seems very good and they have a 5 year warranty. Did the job well!

These are a little more expensive than others, but they last longer. They work well once you figure out the head size you need. It comes with many options.

This product did not come with the different nozzle selections. All four only came with a size three blue preinstalled nozzles and one sprinkler wrench.

These sprinklers are awesome. So glad I went with these. Able to do entire front and back on 6 of these. Endless possibilities with changing the head. These will hold up for years I can tell. They are very easy to adjust and comes with the tool.

They work so good I even want to replace the non broken ones.

I could not get the hunter PGP ultra at my local box store. PGP ultra has the gears that cannot be stripped. They seem to be the step up from just the plain PGP or the PGJ. Mine did not come with instructions but they did come with the tool and a full nozzle tree for each sprinkler. Blue tips are the high spray pattern and the grey are the low spray arch. If your’s comes with nozzle installed it will be a #3 which is approximately 3 gallons per minute(gpm). This depends on your water pressure. The numbers on the nozzle tree correspond to the approximate gpm. I am replacing several Rainbird max Paw 2045a and Old Hunter pgj.

These are good sprinklers but you may also need to order updated sprayer inserts. I used a drill to enlarge the openings to suit, which also works.
