A great knife! As in all knives, you need to test them out for the feel in your own hand at a bricks and mortar store; however, I would recommend buying them from amazon as the prices are significantly cheaper.

This is a beautiful knife from Porsche Design, we also have the steak knives. The knife sits up rather than lying on its side, quite unique. The type 301 refers to the type of stainless steel, the highest quality.

Que dire de cette série de couteaux... je me constitue la collection au fur et à mesure du temps. Ils sont juste parfaits, beaux, sobres et efficaces.Celui ci est un clin d'oeil au couteau du générique de Dexter que mon mari lorgnait depuis longtemps!! Si au début nous ne savions pas forcément l'utiliser à bon essient, on a vite trouvé beaucoup d'avantages à sa double pointe. Et toujours une prise en main et une garde bien étudiée.

Das beste Tomatenmesser aller Zeiten aus einer großartigen Kollektion für professionellen Einsatz. Allerdings muss man vorsichtig damit umgehen. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch brechen die Spitzen gern mal ab.
