Seller provided steps to resolve issue with scooter
Item delivered working. After charging several times, and showing full charge scooter would not turn on. Contacted seller who provided instructions to resolve the issue. Do not turn on power while plugged in to charger, it sets a battery protect mode and the scooters board has to be removed to reset. Seller was very responsive to messages sent trying to resolve the issue and their steps worked.

Battery is confusing
Had a charge when it arrived , plugged in the supplied charger and followed instruction and now there is No power even though the light has turned green indicating the battery is charged. It's like plugging it in to charge it drained the battery instead of charging it. So disappointed! Update. After letting it sit unplugged with everything off for about 8 hrs, the battery is now showing fully charged??? How do you go from nothing to fully charged without being plugged in? I am super confused with this battery. I will update again after I run it a while and see if the charge is working properly.
