May work for others but apparently not for me. I took as instructed on the bottle but I noticed no difference. I think it actually made me more inclined to snack or munch. Had to dispose of them.

My appetite is unchanged, my energy is unchanged and as a result my weight has gone unchanged (even with excising everyday). Being it's a consumed item I can't exactly return it. This is a waste of money. Don't buy it.
