Really good product and...
I would like to see more flexible delivery options like rescheduling especially since the delivery window is so broad. Was also very hard to remove from packaging because it was so tight which risks damage but otherwise my bear is incredible and a great memory of someone I admired a lot. Would like to see more affordable options, rechargable recorder and more affordable options but incredible overall

The bear is nice and my kids love it but what was the best was the approach of the seller. I ordered two bears without the heart recorder. I saw on the pictures that they have zipper at the back and I had something I wanted to put there. However, I haven’t realised that if I do not choose the heart, they will not put the zipper there. I contacted the seller and I got fast reply and even faster resolution. They sent me two new bears with zippers free of charge. Super fast. Thank you ❤️

The bear was amazing and came just as imagined it. The quality of the bear was good and the pictures were clear. Voice recorder was easy to use and sound was loud enough to hear. It was definitely worth the money and I’m buying again.
