Awesome no kill mouse trap!
I couldn't find a no-kill mouse trap reasonably priced locally so I order this one and figured for this price it would be worth a shot. I have to say it cured my house mouse problem in only a few hours! I tried some DIY routes which proved to be unreliable over the course of about a week or so, but with this trap it was very easy to set and caught 4 mice within the hour. I simply put some cheese and some dog food in there and it seemed to work great. Basically, there are 2 "doorways" that the mice go through. As they enter these, their weight shifts this plate they stand on to open up into the inside of the trap, when they go through completely and step off the plate it shuts back up so they can't get back out (I tried to photo the inside of the doorway to show this). It really does work, the photo shown with the mouse in the doorway is not stuck in there but was trying to get back out (unsuccessfully obviously). I ever put this trap in one of my cars that I suspected had a mouse in there and it caught it within 6 hours. To release them I simply opened the top of the trap and let them jump out. I seem some people asking about the glue board and if it was included - yes, mine did come with a glue board but I did not use it (I think they are inhumane even to a rodent, but each is to their own). Overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase, I got all the mice removed successfully and humanly and (hopefully) they are living their lives in an old barn nowhere near my house. If you are looking for a no kill mouse trap on a budget then look no further, highly recommended.

Company with integrity, traps works well
I have used these kinds of traps for many many years. This is a new and improved version. When I saw the window I liked it because I usually have to hold the trap up against light to see if something is in there. But the mice are afraid of being seen so they hide in the little entry boxes anyway. Maybe the window is not all that important because of that. I live on a 5 acre ranch and the mice like to visit the house of course. I just can't kill them anymore. I have discovered I can actually pick them up and they are just afraid. I walk them way out in the pasture and then just reset the trap in the house. Initially one of these traps arrived with one of the entry trap doors broken so I wrote a one star review. I had already burned the box so that is why I didn't attempt a return. But, then I ordered another one and one of the doors was defective so I requested a return label. But I was advised I would get another trap free of charge and did not have to return the defective one. So ...that is extremely good customer service and I am very happy. I will still use the defective one and just clog the open door that doesn't work. I think it is very important when using these traps to check them daily unless you are providing water with the food bait. It doesn't make sense to use a humane trap and then force an animal into needless suffering. It would be better to just use a kill trap than to cause suffering to a little helpless animal. Oh, one other thing, sometimes the lids on these open more easily than meant to be so I advise setting something on top of this trap to weigh the lid down. I have on occasion had a mouse (with good mouse strength) push up and out of the lid!

Catchmaster 606MC Mechanical Metal Multi-Catch Trap just DOES NOT work!
I purchased this product on February 8, 2019 but it has not caught even a single mice whereas the traditional black spring rat traps have caught 15+ mice I even put a glue trap(which came along with this box) but no mice yet. I put lots of rat food like peanuts, peanuts butter, chips, coconut shavings etc. but it still did not work. But these foods worked in the regular rat traps excellently! I plan to return this Catchmaster 606MC Mechanical Metal Multi-Catch Trap tomorrow.

Mixed Results
Recently discovered I had mice living in my kitchen and basement (yay). Before calling an exterminator, I tried rectifying the issue myself to save some money. These traps are inexpensive and reusable, and give the option of live-catch if that's a concern. My results were mixed. With a bit of peanut butter as bait, this trap managed to catch two live mice (which I released outside far from my house). After those two, no others were caught but there were definitely more of them around. Maybe those first two were the dumb ones. Since then I've tried other types of traps with equally mixed results. I can't strongly recommend this particular type of trap, but it did work. My suggestion if you have a problem with mice is to use several different types of traps and possibly call a professional which I eventually did.

Great traps, great price at $6.92 per trap
Lots of mice go into this trap, especially if you add bait. Hose it off to clean and it works day after day. Use many outside of your house to lower the numbers of mice trying to get inside the house and the only problem is the chore of emptying them every day. We can't find where mice are getting into our house but with 6 of these metal traps in different locations of the yard and glue traps inside the house, we are seeing far fewer mice inside. These are much more cost effective than glue traps and the mice don't suffer from being stuck on glue. I've used these for months and they still work. Similar traps sell for 10-12 dollars elsewhere, so finding traps like this for under 10 dollars is good.

Good live trap
Works like a charm. It's so much better not having to kill. It's a little difficult to see if there's a mouse inside, because the entrance doubles as a little hiding spot that can't be seen through the window. This also means I can't just pour the mouse out, I've had to open the trap and walk away for a while so the mouse can leave on their own. It's made of a thin metal with a plastic sheet for the window. I like that the plastic makes a distinct noise so I can hear when there's a mouse in it.

I’ve caught a few mice, but they do seem to avoid it. I decided to use snap traps because this was slow to deal with lots of deer mice that were frequenting and eating my garden vegetables. I know this because of the effectiveness of the snap traps. I would recommend the trap if it the need to deal with mice as not immediate. It is humane and I did catch and release four mice.

Looks functional. I did not catch a mouse yeast, but this is because they disappear for some reason. The only thing you need to be aware of is that this device has opening big enough for a little mouse to escape so I had to use my imagination to close out larger than 0.25 in openings without compromising the functionality of the trap. I used some wire and tightened the two entrance boxes so the gap between the moving flaps inside the boxes and the boxes became around 0.06 to 0.125 in.
