Received the pillow as standard and required an additional insert. Customer service was timely in their response and received the new insert without delay. I use this to assist in sleeping with my CPAP and has made my nights more comfortable. Recommend for sleep apnea users.

This pillow is GREAT. I’ve tried many pillows since I began using a CPAP. This is by far the best one!! And I should say I am very particular about my pillows…I’ve tried many, many “normal” pillows before I had to use a CPAP. I am a side sleeper. Actually I HAVE to sleep on my side for health reasons. This is the best CPAP pillow I’ve used!! It’s very comfortable (much more soft than other CPAP pillows). But’s its not too soft to interfere with my full face CPAP mask when laying on my side. And as a great bonus, it has helped my lower back issues. I used to wake up with a lot of lower back pain and range of motion. This pillow has helped me improve that situation and that it a HUGE benefit. I would want this pillow even if I didn’t have to use a CPAP mask! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I am a fairly new cpap user (just a little over a month) and never claimed to be a pillow expert. For me the pillow is perfect for side sleeping with a full mask on as it doesn't move the mask like my normal pillow would. That movement caused leaks. I try to sleep on my back and this pillow is failing me there and I can't quite figure it out. I have tried removing the insert, adding an extra one that came with the pillow and nothing has helped with the feeling. While on my back, I just feel like there is nothing supporting my head. It is likely no fault of the pillow but it does indicate it is for back sleepers, so dropping a couple stars for it for me. Your use case may vary.

Very impressed - I’ve almost forgotten my long-time favorite pillow. This CPAP pillow is soft yet supportive - not mushy at all - and it quickly returns to its original shape after use. It works very well for both side and back sleeping (I didn’t try stomach sleeping since I use a CPAP machine). The pillowcase feels smooth and pleasant to the touch, and the overall build quality feels solid. Delivery was also much faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I personally would prefer a slightly higher loft. Aside from that, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to CPAP users looking for a comfortable, well-designed pillow.

This is the best pillow I have ever used. I was always waking up with a stiff neck and my Cpap face mask would shift off my nose several times per night. With this pillow the mask stays in place and my neck is relaxed getting a full nights sleep.

Returned. It was initially comfortable to lay on but uncomfortable to try and move around on and woke me up every-time I moved. I then woke in the morning with a headache and a stiff neck.

I have tried a couple other pillows for use with a CPAP machine and found this one to be the best. For a side sleeper and sometimes back sleeper, this pillow height and head indentation give the perfect neck and head support I need. It is extremely comfortable. I use it with a silk pillowcase so my CPAP headgear slides easily if I move my head.

I am a 44yr old CPAP wearer and this is a game changer. That’s all I got. No neck pain No stiffness or achy neck I look forward to sleeping!!! Even with my CPAP I can comfortably sleep on this pillow and get delicious sleep.

I really notice a difference with this pillow. Im a sleep apnea sufferer who has a cpap. Small sample size as ive only been using the pillow for about 2 weeks, but my number of occurrences have gone down. I did find my neck was a little sore after the first few nights but ive added the 2nd pad and have found it to be more comfortable. So far, so good!

I haven't been using it for long since i have had it for only about 2 weeks. So far, it seems like it is one of the best investments I have made in my healthcare journey. Yes quality sleep is important for our health. I have been sleeping very well since I received it. I took 1 star off because I wish It was a bit bigger. A big or large individual may not enjoy it that much but it fits me well. Also, i am not sure whether the extra foam with came with it is the soft or firm one as the manual does not say. I may have to fit it inside and see how it feels. I pray it holds up and continue to serve me well. So far so very Gooood.

Unfortunately this pillow did not work for me, I couldn't sleep well, snored more and got a sore neck. Not saying it wouldn't work for others, but I like a thin pillow.

The pillows firm and well made but even after removing some of the foam, it’s still too thick for me. That’s a subjective thing, so please check the width to ensure it’s the right pillow for you.
