Great taste, but id say work your way up to the 2 scoops, as it can be quite salty when starting it. Been purchasing this for the past 18 months & its my go to when I need a quick refreshing drink.. I have continually ordered the lemon & orange flavour purely due to subscription, haven't tried the other flavours. The tub comes with a measure scoop & dissolves in seconds. I use it in a drink canister & sip away through the day. An easy way to incorporate vitamins & electrolytes without tablets, plus keeping yourself hydrated. My husband is now a fan of this & uses it to help get him through a heavy manual job. He feels a lot more alert since taking this drink

Arrived on time. After using for a few days I can definitely feel the difference in my hydration and wellbeing. I’m very happy to find a unflavoured and unsweetened electrolyte powder of quality. I will definitely purchase again as in comparison it is reasonably priced.

I've been using these electrolytes every day for a few months now after trying many others. I have stuck with this one as it doesn't contain any unpronounceable ingredients, has a great mineral profile and is naturally sweetened. It dissolves well in water, I use one scoop in 750ml of 3-4 times throughout the day, and pre and post workout to ensure I stay hydrated. Cramp after a long run or heavy workout has disappeared since using this. I can feel the difference on the days where I have not consumed any. The flavour balance is great, not too sweet or too salty and is great value for money at 50 servings per tub. I keep a lemon tub at home and a mango in my desk at work. I will be continuing to use this for the foreseeable future.

This is good electrolyte powder, & Sellers send immediately, always. So the orange & lemon one is delicious, so I decided to get Cherry/Berry, hoping it was as good, but it’s more (strawberry) Berry than Cherry, so I’m not keen on the taste, as it’s too sweet & bit artificial tasting, but I’ve found putting a bit of malic acid in it makes it more tart. It’s good quality but definitely not as good a flavour as the orange/ lemon one. It has helped cramps in my legs at night, and I feel indefinably over all better when I take it, I just wish I haven’t bought two pots of a flavour that I didn’t like as much!

Definitely the best hydration formula I've tried. At 50 servings for 21 quid, this has to be the best value product on the market. I've been going through all the brands and this is definitely the best I've tried so far. It dissolves very easily in water, one little scoop that is provided delivers a delicious light, slightly salty but sweet and tasty beverage that is very easy to drink and leaves you feeling revitalised after training. The profile of minerals is exactly what you are looking for, with the ideal balance of sodium and potassium, with the added bonus of astaxanthin, a well studied antioxidant that is considered to be one of the best supplements out there. They provided a very effective dosage of 1.7mg per serving so it's not just on the list for show.

Good taste (lemon & orange, haven't tried the others yet) & exactly what I need on a keto food plan, helps with a faster recovery time after a workout. I've already recommend them to some mates that are on low carb diets & others for general recovery after a workout or a night out :)

I've been doing keto for a while, and I'm very active, so electrolytes are non-negotiable for preventing headaches and muscle cramps. I was really intrigued by this one because it includes Astaxanthin, which I usually take separately. The Good: As an electrolyte replacement, this stuff is fantastic. The profile of sodium, potassium, and magnesium is spot-on. I've been taking it mid-way through a fast or before a workout, and it completely eliminates any brain fog or sluggishness. It works, and it works fast. It mixes perfectly (no gritty bits) and I genuinely feel better and more hydrated when I use it. The added Astaxanthin is a huge bonus for recovery. My only gripe, and the reason for 4 stars, is the "Mango" flavor. It's just... okay. It has that very artificial, overly sweet candy-mango taste, which is then immediately followed by the expected saltiness of the electrolytes. The combination is a bit strange. It's not bad, and I can drink it just fine, but the other two flavors are superior. Final Verdict: This is a top-tier formula that does exactly what it promises. It's a perfect all-in-one for anyone on keto or fasting. If you're not super-sensitive to artificial fruit flavors, I'd highly recommend it.
