Got this bike put together and charged and motor won’t work! desertcart stated they would contact company to get ahold of me…. For now I’m out $1299… I even purchased the extra warranty that didn’t help me at all… We will see how the company responds to this? desertcart contacted them and I sent the ebike company a video and pics of bike not working…. I’ve heard support takes forever… In that case I will do a video review here on desertcart and on my ebike YouTube channel of it not working… This is a first out of 25 some Ebikes I have reviewed… Not good! Buyers Beware…. Also don’t buy extended warranty from desertcart, it won’t help you at all. I will update this if I hear from the company or they replace… I’m skeptical!

Buyer Beware!
I review Ebikes and have never had a issue with a Ebike right out of the box… This bike showed up with no holes or damage on box… Fed Ex did a great job delivering for Amazon…. Got this bike put together and charged and motor won’t work! Amazon stated they would contact company to get ahold of me…. For now I’m out $1299… I even purchased the extra warranty that didn’t help me at all… We will see how the company responds to this? Reliable Bike + Amazing Customer Service
I’ve been riding my Movcan e-bike for a while now, and I have to say, it’s been incredibly reliable. There Return support system is a SCAM
O. Stars my daul motor dual engine movcan pro30 max . Throttle stop working while l was on the HIGHWAY. EBIKE JUST NEVER THROTTLE PROPERLY. I HAD TO PEDAL THE EBIKE ON THE FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE. THE TIRES ARE PAPER THIN . RUN AWAY FROM THIS E-BIKE FAST . I TRIED TO RETURN THE EBIKE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE. AND THE NEVER SENT ME A RETURN LABEL ARE QR CODE TO SEND THE EBIKE BACK . STOP WORKING ALL TOGETHER AFTER THE FIRST WEEK. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EBIKE ITS A SCAM AND THE BIKE IS WAY TOO HEAVY IS OVER 115 LBS
