Another brilliant book from Marcus Sheridan, and one I have started implementing immediately. Having seen Marcus speak 3 times and met him once, he really is a thought leader. Thoroughly recommend this book to all businesses of all sizes.

I absolutely loved Endless Customers! Marcus Sheridan has taken the core ideas that made They Ask, You Answer so powerful and sharpened them even further for today’s world. The updated content is spot on—relevant, practical, and incredibly actionable. What really stands out is how Marcus breaks down complex marketing and sales strategies into clear, human, and honest approaches that anyone can implement—whether you’re a solo entrepreneur or part of a larger team. The examples are fresh, the tone is inspiring, and the message is simple but profound: trust and transparency win every time. If you’re serious about earning trust, generating leads, and building a business that actually serves its customers, this book is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!

An amazing book and audiobook. I listened to the audiobook and then use the book for reference. Marcus has clear method for generating a flow of leads and he clearly breaks it down, with practical examples. Modern day digital lead generation is a midfield but I feel like I have a good understanding of what to do and a plan for sucess.

Endless Customers is a must-read! It's "They Ask-You Answer" adapted for video and AI use. The supplements provided in the book, which include a QR code, are excellent for providing real-life examples and access to Marcus's GPTs, which he has written. Adapting the principles of They Ask You Answer to my business in 2014 (before Marcus ever wrote it) has had a profound effect on my content. From Marcus's original HubSpot video, I followed all his advice, and my content soared to the point that, before my competitors figured out what I was doing, my website was one of the most heavily trafficked sites in the asphalt paving industry. Even today, with many of them attempting to copy my content, they still can't knock me out of the #1 spot organically, and AI is constantly citing my articles in their results. None of this would have been possible without embracing Marcus's Top 5 framework long before he wrote his first book. "Endless Customers" is a must-have for any serious entrepreneur's library. It's a roadmap on how to keep ahead of your competition as 95% of them will never follow the advice until you do, and they will then try to copy you.

If you are a business owner or entrepreneur you need to read this book. I have read his first book… they ask you answer. And this is a must read for continuation of the concept. All of this is true and I’ve experienced it as a business owner. It’s a total must read if you are serious about your customers, marketing and how you serve them.
