Worst product. To make this work we should hire a security to make sure it will be connected to wifi. Each time I try to watch it on mobile it shows internet offline. Worst product won't recommend it for anyone waste of time.

WHAT IS NALMAK PIQANCY. THE ORDER I PLACED NAMED NALMAK PIQANCY. BUT THE ITEM I GET HAS NO MENTION OF THIS NAME. IT WAS LABELED AS V380 IN ONE SIDE AND "ADVANCE" IN ANOTHER .EVEN THE COURIER SERVICE AGENT WHO IS HANDELING MY RETURN GOT CONFUSED EITHER TO TAKE THE PARCEL OR NOT.ALSO THE ITEM IS USED AND DAMAGED. POWER ADAPTER NOT WORKING. RESET BUTTON NOT WORKING. WIFI SERVICE KEPT DISCONNECTING . OVERALL TOTALY A BAD EXPERIENCE

Worst product not connecting to WiFi router, so u can't operate without WiFi . Adaptor damaged after 2months continuous use. Overall worst product . No warranty at all , customer not mentioned.

Well work hardware...Nice looks.But recording file always corruptedAfter playing 3:46 min.Plz update your software .

It's not a good product not working properly somehow today I want to exchange or replacement but time is gone I am regretting to purchase this product

It's a fairly useless camera. Only lasted for ten days and is now closed. There will be no custmor care number. No complaints can be registered either.
