The phone arrived promptly and after an initial couple of problems setting it up because of having the wrong attachment. This was quickly dealt with by the vendor who couldn't have been more helpful, so a big thank you. It's really nice to use with a long cord which I love.

This phone lokks good and cmes in a box with English descrition but the instruction are in East europeand language and no Englis or French and the connection cord does not have a BT connector.After fitting it with a Belkin cord for BT connection it worked Ok but the sound level is low.Not what I expected I do not recommend it.

I would recommend this phone if the instructions were in English but they are not.Also the telephone plug does not fit BT sockets and adapter supplied is the wrong one Amazon should not be selling Gigaset phones in U.K. as some of the other models have the same problems.
