Good and serves the purpose
Before ordering was not sure if it would fit my size, but it was very good, the material is very soft, comfortable to wear, heels were well protected ( the main purpose of me going for it). Though i didnt walk much wearing it, but walking with a socks and shoe was not a problem. As suggested it can be worn overnight with prescribed cream or ointment applied to the heel, and in the morning, the heels were soft and clean, as if a pedicure was done. My personal experience is good. Would like to have a similar product which can cover the entire feet. Thanks

Good product, not durable, not recommended
Worked well for a couple of days. Reduced heel pain. Silicone tore after 2 days so the product is not durable. Easy to wear and use. Comfortable throughout the day. Sits beneath socks so I wasn’t worried about the appearance. Good moisturised legs during use.Would be 4-5 star if the product was more durable. Would not recommend.

Good for cracked heels, but not for plantar fasciitis
This is a review of the product after using it for more than 10 months. Bought it in Oct 2018 for Rs 199 for my pain in heels (plantar fasciitis). One of the reviewers had the same problem and the heel pad helped him. So, I bought one pair too.First thing, if you have plantar fasciitis, this won't help you with the pain. It's not designed for that.If you have cracked heels, this is the product to go for. It'll help you relieve pain due to cracks in heels. The gel moisturizes the heel while you wear them.How to use:You can use them day and night. If you want to wear them before you walk or run, do this:1. Apply any moisturizer or heel cream (if you want)2. Wear the Heel Pad.3. Wear your socks.4. Wear your shoes.If you wear them over socks, they will tear away soon. While walking you might get a sticky feeling, but it will go away as you use the heel pads.If you want to try them at night:1. Wash your feet.2. Apply any moisturizer.3. Wear the heel pad.4. Go to bed.
