Great even if you don't like tempeh
A great classic cookbook! Many excellent tempeh recipes. I don't particularly like tempeh, but the recipes in this book often turn out wonderful!

Tempeh is new to me.I like variety so this delivers
Microwave or oven just depends on the sauce. sesame oil/Soya sauce/whole grain mustard just needs creative suggestions, olive pate another good one.seaweed if on offer may suit.tofu needs alternatives.
