Best yet
This was my 4th try to find a great cup. I tried Saalt first, but it was too short for me to remove. I then tried Lily Cups (in both sizes), but the silicone was too soft and I couldn't get them to open. This one is a perfect match. It's long enough to be able to remove, and the silicone is firm enough that it will pop open. If you have a high cervix, I highly recommend this cup.

Good, not great.
Here’s what I liked about the Ultucup:- the silicone is sourced in the US- it’s longer than any other menstrual cup on the market, which is great for those with a high cervix- the rim is soft enough that removal isn’t painful like it can be with other cupsWhat I didn’t like:- the price, $40 is a bit high for a little silicone cup- the capacity doesn’t seem sufficient for my heaviest days, and both sizes are the same capacityOverall, I had a much better experience with the Ultucup versus other cups I’ve tried, particularly for my high cervix. But, it’s leaked every time I’ve used it, so I wish there was a higher capacity option. Changing more frequently throughout the day just isn’t convenient.

Made by the Casco Cup. Same cup, but more firm.
This cup is made by Casco Bay Molding Company. If you've used the original Casco Cup and found it too soft, this cup is the exact same except a little more firm. The silicone is similar in feel to the Diva Cup. The model mini I ordered is great for a lower cervix or a lighter flow. If you have a higher cervix, I do suggest the model 1 or 2, depending on your flow. I've had 0 issues with this cup, nor the Casco Cup. The Casco Cup is about $10 cheaper, but both are great cups and well worth the money.

Too firm but definitely a great cup for high cervix
I like the length of the cup and it does make it easier to remove for me who has a very high cervix. But I do think there is space for improvement to make this a perfect cup.First, firmness. The cup is very thick and firm, which can be a good thing since it's easier to pop open once inserted. But since it's very firm, it gives me cramp occasionally. In addition, it sometimes suppresses my urethra that I can't pee with the cup in. When I try to pull it out, the firmness also makes it a bit more uncomfortable.Secondly, the stem. I really don't like the ball-point stem(I'm not quite sure how they are called). They are very difficult to grip especially when covered in slippery blood and other discharge. It would be so much better if you can make the same stem as the lunette one and we can trim it shorter depends on our needs.Overall I think it's very nice that there is a very long cup designed for people with a high cervix to have another option besides the Lily cup.

A Beginner's Review
This was my first menstrual cup - it took a few tries to get it situated correctly since it is a longer shaped cup, but the stem is short enough that it just fits. I have been so happy with the storage capacity of the Level 2, and though it is not the easiest to remove, after a few cycles you get the hang of it. Not going back to pads and tampons! I also run comfortably with this cup in.

Love this cup
I very rarely review anything but I love this cup. It’s definitely not the most buzzed about cup out there so I was reluctant to buy it. First cup I tried was a saalt cup and it was nice but not long enough for my high cervix and not big enough for my heavy flow. This one is a little softer and longer so the base is easier for me to reach and pinch to remove. I also feel like the more slender shape makes it easier to take in and out. The capacity is similar to the saalt cup so I’m not getting longer wear time. However since it’s much easier to reach and maneuver, I don’t mind.

Found the cup for me!
I have a higher cervix so this cup works great for me. Tapered bottom makes it easier to reach/grip when removing. My first cup was the Lena and I had a very stressful time trying to remove it! Firmness is softer than diva cup but firmer than lilycup which makes it easy to squeeze and unseal. Also, the protruding rim makes it easier “pop open” when inserting. Before this cup I was using a lilycup but found the stem uncomfortable and it took a couple attempts to get the lilycup to pop open when inserting.

Great for high cervix and high capacity
If you have a high cervix or your cup migrates and is hard to reach, try this cup. I like that is a tapered shape instead of round or tulip shape so it doesn’t press on my bladder. Capacity is higher than most cups at 40ml so that’s a plus.

Difficult to remove
Prior to this cup I had a Lunette cup, but that one was too short for me. The UltuCup is for people with a high cervix and therefore a bit longer (the cup itself), but the stem is pretty short. So overall this cup isn't much longer than the previous one I had. The material is similar to the Lunette, it's soft and easy to fold.Because the stem was so short I had a lot of trouble removing the cup. I tried every position, read tips and tricks from the Internet but couldn't get it out. After a full hour of trying (and panicking in the end) I finally got it out. I've had difficulty with this before with other cups, but it never took me this long! This was quite a scary experience, and after this I sadly don't feel comfortable using this cup (or any cup) anymore. Really bummed about it, and ££ wasted..If you have a high cervix and never had trouble removing a menstrual cup you'll probably be fine with this one. Otherwise I'd search for one with a longer stem, or stick to tampons.

Love it
I love this cup. I already have the lily cup which I love the length of as I have a high cervix, but I find it fiddly to pop open and it was prone to leaks if it hadn't opened properly. So I was looking for a cup of the same sort of length but slightly firmer without being too firm. And this one seems perfect! It opens easy and it a nice length and I can't feel it at all! I haven't had any leaks 3 months in, so all in all this was a really good buy and I highly recommend

Purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. She is excited to use it as has been talking about it for ages so I took the plunge and got her one!
