Started taking 2 weeks ago. I do feel better since I added this to my vitamin regimen. Joints not quite as stiff. Seems to be working...

The serving is 3 pills daily. Other than that it is very effective. At one time it was only 1 pill so I was surprised by the change.

Pills are way too big to swallow.

Just about before my first bottle finished, my pain was gone. My flexibility was recovered 80% on my knees. I am very happy with this product.

As someone who works out and jogs daily these have definitely helped! Will be purchasing again!
