Becoming Radiant: A New Way to Do Life following the "death" of a beloved

HEALING IS POSSIBLE . . .
I've read Tom's books more than once. In 'Becoming Radiant', I especially like Tom Zuba's statement that, "...healing is possible, but I'm not sure that it's a destination we'll arrive at one day. --- It becomes our way of being in the world ..." Tom's unique way of explaining to us that Life is full of Compassion if we allow that consciousness to be toward ourselves and that Life is a series of adventures full of Love if we keep our hearts open is Meditative and Peace-giving. I most sincerely recommend Tom's books at this time, especially during this Coronavirus pandemic. I'm personally battling a virus, been in ER twice in five days (for hours and hours each time), and experienced a serious reaction to one of the medications given to me for shortness of breath. This reaction has triggered severe HBP readings for 7 days now ... up to 225/106. Today, my levels have remained close to stroke levels all day. Not sure why I'm still here living, breathing and typing! But I'm going to re-read Tom Zuba's books along with my Scriptural Psalms :=) -- (especially 91...) as I faithfully follow the directions of my Internist and Cardiologist. If this is to be my time to go HOME, I'd like to express my warmest Gratitude to Tom Zuba for ALL that he's doing to help as much of humanity as possible survive this difficult time in an element of Peace. God's Blessings to all of you! Amen.

...found after the sudden death of our son. Took awhile to get through the dense thicket and thorns of other grief books (so many, but not nearly enough...) before we began seeking a more positive LIFE affirming way to 'do death' - for our SON, not for US. Instinctually that the word 'loss' felt wrong, that our son really IS here, that people will FAIL you and it's not you, that there was nothing we could have done - no bargaining and, most importantly, the playing field leveling belief that 'grief is the reaction to the loss of a dream'. This special prose book just migrates all over our house and gets grabbed and read for short bursts when the clouds darken, we drop to our knees and the tears come. We've given away more copies that we can count and, each day, are trying trying trying to work on the radiance our son brought on this part of his soul journey, gave to us and, through our love for him, asked that we share it with others. To say that Tom and this book has saved our family is an understatement. Just get it.

A must read! I am beyond grateful to have found Tom Zuba's books!
I read Tom Zuba's new book "Becoming Radiant: A New Way to Do Life following the 'death' of a beloved" last night and believe it is a true masterpiece. If you have read Tom's first book, "Permission to Mourn: A New Way to Do Grief," and really marinated in the information and worked to change your beliefs towards peace instead of pain, then this book will take you to the next level...to fuel you forward on your healing journey, to know that you are not alone in continuing the relationship with the one you love who "died," and to reawaken the knowing in your soul that you were not born to suffer but instead to be radiant. Tom's wisdom encompasses profound grief work with focus on healing a little bit more each day to live our most optimal life, no matter what kind of losses we have experienced or are currently experiencing. If you are grieving and want hope to know that healing is possible, not necessarily as a destination but as a way of being the world, then this book is for you. I am a bereaved mom and have gifted many copies of "Permission to Mourn" to hurting grieving parents and will be adding "Becoming Radiant" to my collection to give away as well (of course keeping a copy for myself to read again and again whenever I need to be uplifted). I have been on this journey for over 3.5+ years and have read 50+ books related to grief and the afterlife and Tom's books are my top recommendations for anyone who is grieving any type of loss.

A BEAUTIFUL BOOK OF LOVE, HOPE AND HEALING, BECOMING THE PERSON WE WERE ALL MEANT TO BE, RADIANT!!!
Tom Zuba has written another beautiful book of love and hope and healing. It's a perfect title, Becoming Radiant! My son Nick finished his work here on earth on May 8, 2016 and went home. I would NOT have made it on this journey without Tom Zuba and his teachings. He knows great grief and is the PERFECT example of Becoming Radiant after the "death" of our loved ones. If you know of anyone or you yourself are grieving the "death" of a beloved, please please please be a great friend to yourself or others and get them Tom's first book, "Permission to Mourn, A New Way to Do Grief" and this book Becoming Radiant, A New Way to Do Life. These are the only 2 books I recommend on grief. Today 2+ years after the "death" of my only child I can say I AM HEALING and I AM BECOMING RADIANT! I am so blessed and grateful for Tom. Thank you thank you thank you.

Excellent!
A really great book by Tom Zuba. You should read his first book Permission to Mourne before reading this book. After two of my sons transitioned to the other side, I found and read these books. They were a great comfort to me and I still go back to them and reread when I'm having a difficult day. Another excellent book about grief is Beearing the Unbearable by Dr. Joanne Cacciatore. I highly recommend these books!

Growing Through Grief
Becoming Radiant-what we do with our lives after the death of a loved one. We’re not here to suffer, but to grow into the light-filled beings we were born to be.Tom Zuba”s latest book is an easy read, though deep. Another gem from this enlightened author. I’m so grateful I found him!
