Right sized for big and heavy
It's really hard to choose the right foam balance pad/platform. I'm a big guy (6'1" and 300 lbs). This works well for me for both instability and stepping on/off and keeps its shape. It's not covered and would be susceptible to damage using shoes so you'd want to be careful. Finding the right product for your need is often hard so including important information such as your weight in this case is important for others. If you're lightweight it's probably not the best for you.

Nice pad, no strap included
This is a comfortable pad to stand on. I had purchased it to work my arches but I just find it comfortable to stand on, so I can't speak to the foot-strengthening aspect. I don't have a clue about the yoga strap since my shipment did not contain that part of the advertised bundle.

EXCELLENT QUALITY AND REASONABLY PRICED!
My husband had back surgery a few months ago and is now in physical therapy a couple times a week. He was so impressed with the balance pad and exercises at PT that he wanted one to use at home. We're both very impressed the quality and price of the Fury Fitness pad. In fact, I've been using it too. Highly recommended!

I got this because of my P.T. Therapy when I was doing this standing on one foot and couldn't do it I decided I needed this to keep up with my balance. I like it would recommend it as long as you have a wall, counter to grab because this is for the young but us old guys need it too.

Kneel..again!
Due to previous injuries, it is very hard for me to kneel on my right knee. I bought this after going through physical therapy where I found I could do various back exercises using this type of pad. I have tried other knee pads (like the kind for gardening) but I could not kneel on my right knee. I love my fury Fitness Foam Balance Pad!!

Very similar to therapy pad!
This pad is the same size and quality of the pad I use at therapy. I only have one more session left, so I'll be on my own. The exercises that come with it are very helpful. The Fury Fitness Foam Balance Pad is very firm, and well made.
