Battery Excessive Use
Great pedal plenty of options to get that just right overdrive.Just be warned that this Fender Santa Ana and others in the product line use huge amounts of excessive power when using on battery power. I've put in good brands of 9v and rechargeable 9v batteries and get maybe an hour's use. Using with power adapter is fine. Bit of a sales gimmick about the sexy battery door if the pedal needs to be realistically used with power adapters.

pedal faulty
tried pedal as soon as it was delivered."battery low" light was on even though I tried a couple of new batteries. tried an adapter, but it didn't work either. buttons also didn't press the same as other fender pedals I've bought (all of which are superb).sent back pedal and re-ordered, but new date was june. cancelled order and ordered from another site (unfortunately the price was £15 more).

Sounds amazing!
Exactly what I was looking for! This pedal sounds amazing. Very tube like sound that has a good breakup sound when cranked up. Great for anything that needs a vintage sound or for a good blues tone. Very easy to tweak and get the sound you're looking for. Pedal looks awesome as well and is really well designed and layed out. Fender did an awesome job with this pedal. I will be buying the whole line because of how much I like this pedal. Highly recommended!

Great sound, but eats battery
I like the sound of this pedal a lot, but battery life is pitiful. Fine to use with external power, though.
