It’s really high in protein, making it a perfect guilt-free munch for fitness lovers. The salt content is very less, which makes it quite heart-friendly too. The texture and flavor remind me of roasted chana very light, crunchy, and satisfying. Each flavor has its own twist, especially the Masala one. Great option for a mid-day or post-workout snack without any added sugar or guilt.
