Is it stainless steel?

It’s 1095 steel not stainless at all. All but the sharpened edge of the blade is coated to prevent rusting.

The handle is tan on this model.

Are the scales removeable. i see screws, but also a tubed lanyard hole, and wondering if that will prevent removal?

I haven’t thought of removing or disassembling the handle. I believe most knives handles are usually bonded together as well being pinned or screwed. I can say is that this knife extremely comfortable to hold! It’s very functional. The only thing I didn’t like was the lanyard it came with so I changed it out.

Does it fit a tech lock? Or maybe an ulti clip?

Just the kydex sheath. I attached some leather straps with snaps for scout carry.
