Grizzly Coolers Cooler

forget the Yeti, this is made in the USA! I tested it, ice held for 9 days in the back of my truck under a toneau in 85' plus temps. The color options alone are a great option. Great quality, as good or better than yeti or pelican. I would buy again.

I did my homework on both brands and I don't think there's a definite right or wrong choice. I ultimately bought the Grizzly because of the price and love it! It will hold ice for 5 days even when opened and closed frequently. I totally recommend it!

Great cooler so far. It arrived in decent time. The picture shows the older model and I even emailed wayfair to see which model I would get (I wanted the new one) but they said I would receive the older model (not that it would affect performance) I just wanted the metal decal. But when it arrives it was the new model! So I was very happy. I bought the OD green and tan model and I love it. Well made. Awesome plug and handles. Great cooler and cheaper alternative to yeti! Put some fishing stickers on there and some ice and you're set!

Wow! What a cooler. I was in a hurry to get off to a weekend get away. So much so that I only remembered to toss one pre-frozen gel pack (med. sized), into the bottom of the cooler.I then loaded it with my pre-made meals for the weekend and left, forgetting to put anymore ice in the cooler. I opened the cooler the next day about 11:00 AM. The pre-frozen ice gel pack was still frozen and my food was still cold. This is a great cooler worth every cent. I needed a good cooler to withstand long road trips. I researched these extensively before purchase. I compared them to Yeti coolers. I find these to have multiple features I like over the Yeti cooler. They are also attractive, and sleek. They are designed in such a way to not take up any more space than they have to. They are also made in the USA.

Perfect cooler for camping in warmWeather. Took it on a 6 day trip in 100+° heat and it kept ice cold beer for at least 5 of the days. Obviously if I kept it closed 99% of the time it would have lasted longer, but I can't grab beers and leave it closed. Highly recommend. Handles are nice and the feet on the bottom keep it from sliding around in my camper. It stays where you place it. It's a little on the heavy side when slammed full of fresh IPA'S so be ready when you lift it. I haven't used it for fishing. I use a cheap Coleman cooler for putting fish in, because I don't want such a nice cooler smelling of fish.

Kept things cold, kinda what I bought it for. A lot cheaper than a Yeti and it's made in the good old U S of A, unlike Yeti where they try to pass it off as being designed in the US but made in China. It's fairly bear proof, but I haven't had much of a chance to test it out since I live in Kansas. I do like how the lid can be locked and the cooler has hard mount points so that I can use a cable lock to secure the cooler in the bed of my truck, that way I can keep beer ice cold for days in the bed of my truck without worry of bear or teenager able to get to my precious suds. It's also handy too keep a cooler full of beer next to me while I sit on my couch playing video games and I don't have to get up and go to the fridge to get it; or at the pool at my apartment complex so I don't have to leave and can stick around to make all the college girls uncomfortable while I lounge in my gym teacher shorts and black socks pulled up to my knees while wearing sandals, laying out at the pool.

Love it! Wasn't sure about the colors at first but it looks pretty good I can't complain! The lid isn't quite as light tan as shown in the picture.Holds ice for a long time especially if you keep it in the shade!All in all it's an awesome cooler!!Compared to my buddies yeti they are hand in hand.
