CommunityAs Voth states all 5 are essential to live a life abiding with Christ and I wholeheartedly agree.Each section provides more detail to what was provided in Cave Time, the why, what and how of each stone. Then Voth hands it over to the reader to do! And then document progress. Voth is keen on the fact that you build each stone up, one after another. So it all starts with "Showing up", then worship, etc.I found this a useful add on to Cave Time and recommend you buy both at the same time and read The Sling after Cave Time so that you can develop a lifestyle of slinging the 5 stones.

Good book for a religious person

Great book! Every churches men's groups should go through this book. Even if your not part of a men's group you should go read this book! If you call yourself a real man you definitely need to read this book!
