Amazing product....
This vacuum cleaner has truly made home cleaning so much easier. The suction power is strong and effective and it easily picks up human hair, also the dusts of charcoal and leaves my surface spotless. What I really love is that it allows me to vacuum and mop in one single go, saving both time and effort. Installation was quick and hassle-free, and keeping the unit clean is just as easy. In terms of value, it delivers solid performance for those who want efficiency and spotless results.

Clean floors finally!
I waited several days to write this review. After much research, which includes visiting shops, researching robot vacuums, and talking to neighbors and friends having both types (manual and automatic/robotic), we settled for manual vacuum. I called Bissell to see if they would schedule a demo but apparently, you first need to buy the product after whch, they will schedule a demo (online or offline) but that too is dependent on the availability of their sales rep/technician and if it is festive season then good luck! So, i asked the tele assistant what product would be right for me: my requirement was simple, i have a pet, a hairy, shedding one, and I wanted a vacuum with attachments that can help me clean pet hair, reduce dander, and also clean mattresses and rugs. now, after much discussion, this guy told me about the Omniforce. Ok, I blindly went and bought it- they give a link to amazon so you can only buy the product online. Fine, no problem. the Omniforce was delievered the next day. After using it 5 times, here are my pros and cons: Pros- 1) wet mop is awesome, i hate having messly floors and believe me, my floors get super messy, especially in the areas like kitchen, near the trash etc. 2) you need to fill in hot water and Bissell's cleaner (pet friendly solution- probably has vinegar) because, it mopped the floor leaving a shiny finish that the maid can never achieve. 3) Fast/time saving- I could easily clean two large rooms within 5-10mins 4)Installation and charging- both were super easy and intuitive- note that this is a cordless model, so you need to charge the very first time to a full 100% and it barely took 3 hours for that 4) cleaning- this is slightly emssy but no complaints. it was super satisfactory removing the jet black water and pet hair- yucks! glad to note that all that mess was off the floor ! storage- easy, takes less space. Now for the Cons Cons 1) heavy, this is a 7kg unit. Its like curling 5-6 kg dumbbells in the gym (lol) so you just might end up with stronger upper arms. 2) Not easy to vacuum the rugs and carpets-We tried dry vacuuming a lightweight rug full of pet hairs- not easy since it sucked up the rug, so you need someone to hold its corners down. It also sucks all the doormats- the lightweight ones- so you need to remove them before mopping/vacuuming. I might change all my doormats to heavy-duty ones. 3) Did not come with a single attachment for curtains, walls, and mattresses -- i shoud blame the tele assistanct from Bissell here. I thought I had made my requirements super clear- i wanted clean mattresses free from pet hair and dander. This one is not for you if you want to clean sofas, mattresses, etc. With that said, I am still happy with the purchase. The fact that i have cleaner floors is very satisfying to know. However, I am still not firing the maid. This vacuum is for the days she goes AWOL and when I have guests over that i want to impress. : ) go ahead and buy it if you have pets. You won't regret it. Hope this review helps someone as confused as we were when we looking for a reliable vacuum/maid alternative

Very handy and useful
I am quite happy with it. It is very handy to use, and because it is cordless, I can take it anywhere in the house without any trouble. The battery backup is also good enough for regular cleaning. The machine is light in weight, easy to handle, and does its job quite well. So far, I am fully satisfied with its performance.

Honest Review after 3months of Usage
After 3 months of usage I'm reviewing for whoever looking for the best Vacuum with mopping at a time Pros: 1. Vacuum and mop at a time. 2. Wireless handling 3. *Roller brush* which don't mess your entire space, it clean immediately by itself 4. It has two different bottles for clean and dirt waters 5. We can use only vacuum without water 6. It cleans the brush by itself with one touch Cons: 1. Corners about 1-2cm is difficult to clean but it's not the big deal it's very minimal space. 2. If the dirt bottle is not cleaned even for one day it stinks like a ditch 3. Battery could have been improved

Must have for parents with toddlers
Super handy! Must have for parents with toddlers. Easy and quick cleaning once they’re done with their meals. Battery is solid. Don’t expect deep cleaning, the expectation here is for quick daily, makes life easier. Value for money over hiring a maid who won’t even do a good job. The Power is great and the turbo mode is a great add on for spots where it’s needed.

Powerful suction that vacuums thoroughly
Super powerful and convenient. The product is a bit heavy but it thoroughly cleans the floor and works on carpets too. Sweeping and mopping in one product is a boon as it cleans better than one physically cleanjng it with a broom and mop. The only drawback is the dust container which collects dry dust and wet dirt together which is a task to clean. It would have been wonderful if they were kept separate.

Aftersale service sucks.
Worst after sale service. Bought on 22/8/25. Nice product. Stopped realising water while mopping mode on about 15/10/25 , so mopping did not work. Reported problem on 30/10/25. Product is still sitting aty place on 19/12/25.

I would give this thousands of stars if I could! I originally bought this after reading a review from someone who mentioned constantly having to scrub and mop because of their dogs bringing mud in. We are in the exact same situation. With constant wet weather, two big dogs, cats, and family going in and out all day, the amount of mud tracked through the house is unreal. Before this, cleaning the floors was a nightmare. I had to scrub and scrub before I could even attempt to mop. I was constantly emptying and refilling the mop bucket, rinsing the mop head over and over again… until the mop eventually broke. And with a small baby, I can’t always mop immediately after people (and animals!) come in and out. So before wasting money on yet another mop, I decided to try this. Honestly, I expected I’d still need to scrub and partially mop the floors before using it. Especially since I hadn’t been able to mop for a few days over Christmas with all the cooking, running around, and general chaos. There was a couple of days’ worth of caked-on mud everywhere. I really just wanted to test it to make sure I’d set it up correctly and that it actually worked. Oh. My. God. I’ll attach pictures because they genuinely speak for themselves. I could cry with joy. If you’re even thinking about buying this—don’t think. Just buy it. Update after further use: I also discovered it has a self-cleaning function, which I didn’t even realise at first! It comes with a stand, and the vacuum actually recognises when it’s placed on it. The self-cleaning feature only works when it’s on the stand. It’s incredibly quick. I pressed the self-clean button three times and the roller brush was completely clean. Honestly, it was fantastic. I was also worried about all the fur clogging it up, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. I am beyond pleased with this purchase. Extra thousands of stars from me!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Our 2 dogs are continually in and out of the garden, when it’s wet this means the floors see a lot of dirt brought in. Continually mopping and scrubbing the floors was frustrating and leading to tense moments with the other half (he sees this as the cost of having dogs!). Normally it would take me a good hour or so to vacuum clean, mop and scrub the kitchen floor, sitting room and hallway. Tonight, I gave them the once over with the Bissell H2 in only 20 minutes. Alright, this wasn’t a deep clean and I’ll still need to do that every week, but the results were pleasing. Using a mop I was continually having to change the water as it got dirty quickly. The Bissell used one container of water for all the floors and its’ self-clean. After finishing the floors our 5 month old puppy decided to help in testing it again by weeing on the floor. Two minutes and it was properly cleaned up. Jury is still out but: PROS: Dirty water is not reused, easy to operate, lightweight and manoeuverable, leaves floor almost dry (completely dry in 5-10 mins), long power cable, not bulky and doesn’t take up much storage space, good vacuum cleaning, vacuum and mop in one pass, self-cleaning function. CONS: Noisier than normal vacuum cleaner, leaves 2cm unwashed at edges of floor, only one roller supplied, very small amount of cleaning solution (only enough for 2 fills). So far, quite impressed with Bissell H2.

I bought the Bissell Crosswave HF2 for my mum to use in our kitchen, hallway, dining room, and bathroom — and it’s been absolutely lovely. It works great, and we’re so glad we chose the corded version, as the power is amazing. The suction is strong, and the ability to clean up both wet and dry messes makes a huge difference. It really does a proper clean — it lifts dirt easily and leaves the floors looking shiny and fresh. Definitely so much better than cleaning by hand! It’s also really easy to clean and maintain after use. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

We have light grey LVT flooring in our kitchen which we were seduced by in the showroom. Great flooring but virtually impossible to keep clean in any room with high footfall as we’ve discovered. Cleaning with floor wipes takes off recent dirt but not the aged ingrained stuff. Tried a deck scrubber with some floor cleaner solution which, after A LOT of elbow grease, eventually removed the stains. Too much effort on a regular basis though. Bought the Bissell HF2 and tried it out earlier. I was a bit cynical given it comes with a soft roller rather than something a bit more abrasive but shut my mouth it actually cleaned really well on first use. The unit was very easy to put together, simple to use and just as easy to clean. I went slow and steady back and forth over each tile and I could visibly see the difference between those tiles that had been cleaned and those that hadn’t. Being a vac the floor was also dry in seconds removing the risk of any damage. Our hot water from the tap was about 45°C so perhaps water up to 60°C as recommended by Bissell would improve the standard of clean further. A bit more cleaning solution would’ve been nice as would the machine cleaning to the edges. In summary, pleasantly surprised and highly recommended.

Very Happy with my purchase of the BISSELL CrossWave HF2 At £149 Its one of the cheaper models with a long cord (I prefer corded to uncorded anyway ) I have been struggling to keep my Vynl flooring clean due to ongoing mobility and pain issues with my back. The sheer effort of first sweeping or hoovering then mopping was taking hours and leaving me in absolute agony . This machine has transformed my life So easy to use It’s light weight easy to manoeuvre cleans and washes the floors in one go leaving them spotless and dry, I can clean throughout in less than an hour. It has a self cleaning system that you use when you’re finished then leave the head and filter to air dry for 24 hours and its ready to use again. Other reviews pointed out it doesn’t get quite up to the skirting board, to overcome this before starting to use the machine I use a damp flat micro fibre mop along the edges of the skirting I also purchased the recommended cleaning fluid with the machine after reading a review that pointed out it’s highly concentrated so did what the reviewer suggested and diluted it down to normal strength with water in a clean empty container . It works perfectly and leaves my floors super clean with a subtle fresh smell
