Domke701-J83 Satchel, Black

I bought this to replace an old F-803 in rugged wear brown, for use when at work. The ballistic nylon finish is waterproof and more professional / discrete looking with a suit; and the J-803 surprised me in being just a little bit bigger all round and absolutely superb as a result. I can take A4 business papers in a separate pocket inside, a Macbook air, as well as the Domke FA-230 3 insert holding a full frame mirrorless camera set up, three lenses (manual primes I admit), filters, batteries, chargers and an umbrella! --Oh and a Moleskin notebook, pens, spaces for business cards, wallet and keys... and an iPad and iPhone... Worth getting the Billingham SP40 leather Shoulder Pad with that lot. (The Domke US Post one is too wide for this bag). Its light compared to most bags so you get to carry more and its very well balanced. The steel snaphooks are a Domke special and actually make it difficult for the light finger brigade to get in... Its simple - its brilliant!
