Not bad at'all!
For the price this hat is pretty rad, well made. Despite the reviews of a few haters, this is absolutely fine as a civil war kepi. Sure, if you're a hard core reenactor or "living history" dude, you'll find reasons it's not "authentic", but truth bomb: civil war kepis were not standard issue, forage caps WERE. Kepis were often made by small companies and privately purchased or made by wives, so there is no historical official pattern. This is as good as any. Buy it.

Nice looking well built. Got a medium would have preferred a large. The bill was cut narrow for the forehead

A very good hat for the price
A very good hat for the price, it is more like a forage cap than a kepi. The crow of the hat falls forward to really give it that civil war union army look. I would buy from this seller again.
