The lights are beautiful. I’m hanging out more in my backyard now. They don’t light up anything around them but the look is so aesthetically pleasing. Love them.

Easy installation

I bought these lights and found a set of jars at a dollar store ($1.25 each) and put them together. They now sit on my front porch and keep the walkway lit up. They have held up GREAT through the last week of Florida summer rain and are SO CUTE!The only negative things I have to say is that they were a bit difficult to get to fit on the jars. I had to put some even pressure and squeeze them over the lip for the corkscrew part of the threads on the jar, but after that they spun on great. They are very watertight!

the day I received these I set them up in some of my 8 ounce mason jars. They charged up and it looked very pretty. The next day, I set them in sunny places to recharge, and that night some of them didn’t work. The following day I discovered that if I turned them upside down, the lights would come on. Most of them are not working, and, having to turn them upside down is not exactly attractive. I would not recommend these lights.

I love these fairy lights on the mason jar lids! I bought some last season and then again this summer because i felt i did not have enough! I used them for the globes i had that needed replacement lights and then for the extras, i used mason jars. The opaque globes are whimsical but i think they look even more lovely on the regular mason jars and can see each light individually. (I am in love either way!) I love the colorful ones best and would even biy these in the white cool lights or even the warm white, but i love the colorful ones best. I am holding myself back from puchasing more because i feel like i should have more lights... i already have other lights in the yard, but these are the best!

The media could not be loaded.  This a great replacement lid if you have the small mouth opening for Mason jar, but the lights are brite and I set it in the jar anyway.

We used these lights in some small swirled-pattern canning jars. Overall they're very festive with the multi-colored lights flashing. They stay lit for a *long* time, I'm usually up till 1-2am and they're still going strong. But, and some folks might love this, to us they're a little too fast in their flashing pattern. I'd much prefer a slower twinkle or fade effect, but these flash and change colors like a disco in a jar. I'd say great for a party, but not so relaxing for lounging on the patio at night.

These do not work properly. Even when they are fully charged they only stay on for an hour or so.

1 out of 3 worked. Lids do not fit mason jars.

Did not get the supports as advertized

I originally bought these because the silver ring was detachable from the black inner solar part (as was mentioned in the description). They are not detachable - the silver ring is glued on. I did manage to detach them finally and used them to repair some lanterns. The lights are nice and work well. If you're using them for mason jars I'm sure they'll work well.
