Liked the product but did not fit my Rci fuel cell. Returned and had to Purchase one through summit

This filler neck while a great product for a custom fuel cell is not a standard 12-bolt cell flange. Had the seller included the dimensions of the bolt circle to be 116mm and not the typical 5.5" 12-bolt flange... I would have ordered a different product. I will say it is a solid part, had a nicely made split-ring and quality cap. Other than the bad fit... its perfect!

Easy install, looks real professional

I’m not sure which brand fuel cell these fit, but they do not fit fuel cells purchased from Summit. They are slightly into smaller as you can see in the pictures. Although the description has lots of measurements, it does not have one of the base. The bolts on this are 4 3/4 inches at the widest point. The summit brand fuel cells are 5 1/2 inches. I’m going to try to figure out how to return them because they were expensive but it is a decent product, good quality, it just needs a better description to save time and effort.

It would have been extremely helpful if the dimensions of the base were listed on the ad or if someone replied with the size. It is listed as universal for most fuel cells. It would not fit on the fuel cell I ordered on Amazon due to the diameter of the base being too small so that it would never bolt on and had to be returned. Some simple communication would have saved a lot of time and money.
