Got it as reference/inspiration as something different, lots of interesting designs and history for each one.

Love this book, full of details about each Spomenik and where to find them. I highly recommend if your a fan of brutalist architecture this is a must buy.

This book is first of all a source of very detailed information about atrocities, battles won and battles lost before during and after WW2.In addition, it’s a physically beautiful book - extremely well constructed with heavyweight pages, and top-quality photography.It’s a joy to read, despite all the sadness it explains.

Great book with plenty of info and gps coordinates. Only downside is the books too small, should have been A4 size minimum.Some of the photos aren’t great but on the whole you can’t fault it, this is the definitive guide on them and we’ll worth getting.

Brilliant publication ... very informative without being boring !!! Loads of pictures ... map in cover is brilliant idea ... overall a fascinating account of spomenik monuments ... makes u want to vst them all !

The author has put together a wonderful resource, highlighting the legacy of such abundant, adventurous and abstract memorials; dissimilar to anything outside of the former Yugoslavia. Concisely put together, the book is a unique travelling companion, for anyone seeking these works of wonder out.
