YES!! I buy these pills for my daughter who has the worst hot flashes I have ever encountered. I can see a mood-shift within aproximately 10 minutes. That's is definitely quick for me. I wouldn't let her be without them!!!

Is there a herbal tea for hot flashes

I have heard about Ginseng Tea and Valerian Tea for hot flashes and the like but I have never tried them. I was told about Black Cohost many years ago by an older woman and have tired it and it work well for me. I think there is also a Black Cohost Tea.

Does this help with hot flashes/sweating during the day too?

For me a little… if I know I’m gonna take a nap in the middle of the day then I will take one before I take my nap.

In awe…!!!

I can 1000% say that this stuff truly works!!! This supplement was recommended by my doula, and wowza! Worked for me for night sweats

I didn't think this would work, but it does. Most women understand that right around their periods they run warmer. As you get older, you might sweat a night. This was happening for me and it was disrupting my sleep cycle. Someone suggested this and I figured, for less than $10 dollars I would give it a try. I take one pill with my other supplements and after about one cycle I noticed a huge difference. I still run warm, but I am not waking up sweating and needing to change my PJs. That alone is worth double the price. Just bought my second bottle.

Perfect for hot flashes!!

After two weeks of use, I noticed a significant drop in frequency of hot flashes. Better than being on HRT!! The taste is kinda off, has a smoky smell to them. But other than that, I will continue to use! Nice to take a natural supplement for symptoms that works!!

If you need relief just buy it

JUST WOW!!!!
