Modeling Chocolate - Black 2#

I purchased this to use on a birthday cake that I was making for my great-niece. I was a little worried because I had never used modeling chocolate before, but this brand was very easy to work with and created some nice sculptures for the cake. I also used it in a 50/50 mix of fondant to cover the cake and it was delicious. I did try to make my own modeling chocolate, but the results were not the same...I will continue to purchase this brand.
