Makes my stomach feel great!
Honestly it tastes pretty bad, but you get used to it, kinda. That being said I love this stuff. As someone who suffers with digestive issues including acid reflux and a lot of allergic reactions this stuff makes my stomach feel great, and it gives me the protein I need to fuel working out, which is really only helping me regain even more health. 100% will keep buying and drinking even though it's pretty bitter lol.

Great nutrition fir my needs. I use it at half scoop in vanilla soy milk to make it more palatable.
