Very expensive water
I’d not be surprised if these aren’t just spring water. I bought them because my youngest was having tummy troubles, used 1 a day for 20days and no improvement, regularly seen the gp in the past 2 months. It was my last ditched attempt at improving her loose stool.

My son had a nasty stomach bug and after the bug he still has very loose bowls, I bought this and it was like magic liquid and was effective . It helped him. I will definitely you this again. It is expensive but I think it's worth it. I think it's taste free or taste nice as he took it fine.
