Nice sized hair tool, and if it could hold a charge long enough to complete my hair at one time I would keep it. I purchased for a recent trip to Europe. When fully charged I could only get about six strands of hair rolled nicely before it would die and require recharging. I found myself plugging it back in and waiting another 15 minutes or so before I could resume. It required 3 separate charges to finish my whole head.

Every product you use in your routine matters. This mini wand is awesome! As you can see in the pic it works great on short hair. It heats quickly and tucks away neatly without taking much room. Once charged this can be taken in the go ~ how practical. I will update if needed and try to remember to report regarding how long a charge holds. A bit pricey but definitely convenient. Update 11/8 The charge on this is not long. I read a review that said it lasted an hour. No. I even had a replacement unit sent to me and tested both of them. The charge did not last more than (approximately) 15 minutes. Note that when I used it I would not need it to actually curl longer (than literally) a few minutes. My hair is short (pixie) and so I only curled a few spots. With that being said I could only use this 4-5 times on a single charge. Therefore I lowered my rating from 5 to 4 stars. This is for sure a unit for quick curls or for on the go… I like the unit and will keep it, but if you have longer and or thicker hair you may want to reconsider. *ALSO* it takes over 4 hours to fully charge :/

Very good for traveling and does make nice girls. Would use as a second day refresher tool. Charge does not last though.

This works wonderfully for giving my fine hair bounce and waves. It works as well as the one I use daily at home, except that it is a little more cumbersome because it is small. So it is perfect for travel because I get the same results in a much more compact and cordless device. Love it!

This could possibly be the best Amazon purchase I ever made. Finally a cordless, heated hair brush! I bought it for travel cause it's small but I now am using it everday. You have to recharge it (USB) every couple days but it charges quickly. I bought one for each of my daughters! It does get hot so I wouldn't use it on wet hair. It's especially great the day after you washed your hair.

I Bought this for travel. Unfortunately I had to return it because although it was convenient to take around, it didn’t have enough charge to last even 1 round of hair curling. This item seemed to have been previously returned, there was a return printout label inside the box. The power is wayyy tooo short and the quality seemed sturdy but then again you have the charge duration issue. The hair smoothness is questionable as well. Over all I did like the convenience of it being cordless and weight was lite enough to overlook some deficiencies but the charge life was too short.
