not even going to lie i really had to hype myself up to buy this because i was a little embarrassed. but i LOVE it, it's so comforting and i've been getting the best sleep i've had in months. my only complaint is neither amazon nor the original website sell extra pillow cases but i just went out and bought some long sleeved 2xl button downs and they work perfectly. i also wish the pillow had more stuffing but i can add that later if i care enough. regardless i am so thankful i listened to my gut instinct and bought it because now every day i can't wait to get home and cuddle!edit 2024-05-11: after nightly use and a few washes i can definitely say my main pillow needs to be stuffed a bit more. he got REALLY flat over time. but i am continuing to get incredible sleep that i wasn't getting at all through my teens and early 20s, so still worth every penny. when i made my purchase i accidentally bought two and i'm really happy i did. divine intervention

I bought this pillow for my 9 year old daughter, now 10. She got use to sleeping in my bed when she started living with me and only felt safe when I put my arm around her. (This was due to a lot of trouble and negativity at her moms but moving on.) I knew she needed to sleep on her own since she was getting older and would need her privacy. We started trying the whole sleeping on her own adventure and it wasn’t going well.I tried a little of everything but it would always end with me laying there, while she laid on my arm, and getting her to sleep before heading to my room. I then tried neck pillows (no luck) and L shaped pillows on Amazon (also no luck). I proposed the idea of getting her this pillow, the boyfriend pillow. She was initially creeped out by the idea but with nothing working I went ahead and made this purchase.I sprayed the pillow with my cologne and after a few nights she was making it all night on her own. It’s a year later now and she still uses this pillow every night and loves it. She sets her pillows up the way she likes them and then adjusts the boyfriend pillow so that it’s wrapped around her while she lays on the arm portion. She sleeps well on it and she refuses to use other pillows.It’s held up well with the only issue being that the shirt (pillowcase) has lost a button at this point on the upper portion. Still just as fluffy and positioned exactly the same. I can highly recommend this pillow! This is also a good example of why I think this shouldn’t be called the boyfriend pillow because it has so many uses. If your on the fence about buying this pillow then do yourself a favor and buy it. You will not regret it if you prefer sleeping on someone’s arm or someone cuddled up next to you.

Great neck support for a side sleeper. And yes, the arm could be heavier/longer but I nearly cried when I was sitting on the couch with it. It does really feel like you're being held and cuddling. I ordered for support but didn't realize I was so touch starved, I had to sit there for a minute. Works even better with a weighted blanket over you both. I love it, I may try to add extra stuffing in myself to add firmness

Bought this for a Yankee swap/white elephant gift exchange. It went over very well and got a few laughs. The recipient ironed the shirt on the pillow, so they would complain about the wrinkles.Otherwise, this is a cute pillow. Looks like it could be useful when traveling. I don't think this would make a great solution for ergonomic sleep issues. Don't expect this to be the thing that fixes the pain in your neck after side sleeping. It's much more of a gag/novelty product for napping.In terms of size, it's definitely smaller and shorter than you'd expect of an actual human Male. Sorry to disappoint if you're looking for an anatomically correct and scale-size pillow.Decent, solid product. Rated as such because I felt the price was a little steep.

Got this for my niece she just got married and her husband can’t come over until December. This pillow was perfect with a touch of his cologne until they are together. She loves it!!

So, I give it a 3 stars rating because the pillow needs a longer arm. It is just too short and does not help to sleep properly and even can't reach to hug as it should.

I bought it as a gag gift for Xmas for my niece but I tried it out myself and it is comfortable. I have a Sister who is a Sister so I am sending one to her with a hole in the hand....lol Yes, she will have to share. This is a great gift for military men who have small children, this lets them cuddle with daddy until he comes home.I am very impressed.

I bought it as a joke gift and the person loved it. She says it is very comfortable and her dog loves it too lol.

Not the most comfortable pillow wise but definitely COMFORTING - gives the feeling of being cuddled without the snores. My dog also loves curling up in it!

it's fun, it's goofy, it brings a smile to everyone who see's it, a definite conversation starter, but most of all it's surprisingly comfortable.
