Yep, it does. It comes with two adapter sleeves for Olympic weights (hope I used the right terminology, lol). But I use Olympic weight plates.

Floor space is approx. 36” x 36”. With 25 lb plates added to the back support post roughly 40” x 36”. From floor to top of seat back 46”.

Hows the fit for short people? What's the length of the arm (from the pivot point to the cushion)?

You can adjust the size in the back of the chair moves forward and back

What is the length of the padded leg arm?

Are you referring to the long pad for the ankles? That is 15.5 inches long for the pad itself. Thank you.
