The good stuff
This is one of the few Aronia powders that has NOT been "enriched" with sugar or other fillers. Color, taste, and smell are what you'd expect from dried and then pulverized chokeberries. Using a tsp of this daily in my morning smoothie. It is expensive. You get a whole pound of powder, so I would say the price is fair, still I wish it would not hit the purse quite as hard. Best is to grow your own berries. If you can't, this is a good alternative.

The seeds are not toxic
Found a good shake in a smoothie works well and very happy with product so far. Did a lot of checking before ordering. (also saw a review here about toxicity of seeds-in fact AI indicated toxicity but the source was chokecherries.)"Chokeberries (Aronia) are different from chokecherries (Prunus virginiana). While chokecherries are known to have toxic seeds, chokeberries are generally safe to eat, including the seeds. In fact, chokeberries are considered a superfood due to their high levels of antioxidants and vitamins."

Won't dissolve
Will not dissolve. No flavor. Floats in water or sinks to the bottom like sludge. No return policy. Inferior product compared to those from Poland.

Good taste
Nice chocolaty taste. Easy to add to yogurt, but it's so powdery, takes a minute to mix it up really well. It might mix better with other food items, but haven't tried anything else yet. Don't know if works to prevent cancer, but on the chance that it might, we use it.

Smaller than I expected
Overall, I absolutely love this aronia berry powder. I haven't tried the powder itself so I can't really say it's bitter or sweet. But I mix it with my yogurt and it tastes really good. I noticed that I have less cravings for sweets when I eat my yogurt with the aronia berry. I don't binge as much as I used to, which is a plus for me. I heard that aronia berry is really good for your skin and eye vision so I'll be eating this a lot along with my yogurt. I would say that I was a little surprised to see how small it was, I expected more but I guess if there's any changes to my skin then I'll continue to purchase this.

Mixes well, but to my surprise, NO taste, NO flavour, No aroma. But very rich color and the price is awesome.
