Best flat iron I’ve ever used.
I tend to buy less expensive flat irons, because I do not use them very often, and so I feel like I cannot justify the expense. Because of this, I have usually had to “finish off” or “complete” my straight style with my curling iron. I have used several flat irons in my life, and this is by far the best flat iron I’ve used. I have naturally curly, thin (by “thin” I mean the texture, not the amount) hair currently just past my shoulders, and it seriously only takes like 15 minutes to make my hair look amazing! It also only takes one swipe if you set the iron to 375 (which is what I usually use), when I’d always have to do a couple swipes with other irons to get my hair completely straight. The temperature is super easy to set and the power button isn’t a toggle, it’s a button, which means it won’t accidentally turn on as easily if left plugged in.I do wish it had some sort of stand (like curling irons do), because when I use it, I have to set it on top of my Q-tip box between strips of hair because it slides around on my bathroom counter.I am not sure if the vibrating plates *really* make this a step above other irons, but it feels weird and made me laugh the first time I used it, so there’s that. And who am I to argue with science? HahaAnyway, I would totally recommend this to anyone - from a girl who has curly hair and always wanted it straight! :D

Yep! This is a winner!
In the last month I have bought 3 flat irons to try, and this one is hands down the winner for sure! Heats up quickly and it easily glides through your hair. I would say that I shortened the time I spent straightening my (medium thickness/ wavy/color treated) hair in HALF! It also didn't feel like my hair was being scorched in the process either. Most parts took one pass (but not more than two quick ones) at 450 degrees. With other irons at the same temp, my hair was so hot to the touch you could barely handle it. I also would have to pass a multitude of times over and over to get it straight. This straightener left my hair nice and soft and straight. We have a winner! All others going back to the store and I am buying a second one of this one. Can't beat the price at all. Not sure what value the vibrating aspect really adds to this flat iron, but it certainly doesn't bother anything. Kinda just buzzes in your hands when you clamp the iron down on your hair to make the pass. If it has a positive effect on the straightening process is not something I'm sure about, but maybe it does because this straightener works really well. Definitely a good buy!UPDATE 12/16/18: Lowered this to 3 stars because after a few weeks the vibration aspect quit working and that does seem to have affected the quality of how this iron straightens your hair.

Nice Hot Iron - well kinda nice
The media could not be loaded. Edit: 04.074.19 - After using this iron for about 3 months now. I'm disappointed that the clapping could not be fixed and it snags my hair more than a cheaper Wal Mart flat iron ever did. I lowered to a 3 star because of these disappointments.I've had this flat iron for a month. I have long, thick, wavy, natural curl. I love how quickly it heats up and the high temp. I hope my video uploaded so that you can hear the vibrating which was weird at first but I got used to it and it is a bit oddly soothing. My one and only complaint is how noisy it is when you open the iron after straightening. It is a clapping noise when the two pieces meet at the back of the iron. It makes a clapping noise unless you open slowly which I've never had to do on any other flat iron. The need to put a bit of thin rubbery material on each piece so it doesn't make any noise. I'm going to buy some little furniture felt pads and cut just a small piece and attach it and hopefully that helps. I'll try to update when I try this hopeful fix for the clapping. I give it a 4 star because of the clapping noise. Otherwise I really love the iron.

Works Fine
I have wavy, frizzy hair and at the highest setting it works fairly well, however I had to do quite a few passes with the iron over the same section of hair to get it straight. My hair is still a bit frizzy, but it's definitely straight and easier to manage. I like that the unit vibrates and doesn't snag hair.It was strange, though - when I opened the package, it had clearly been used before. The cord was wrapped around the unit messily and the bag for the cord was scrunched up in the box. So, I got sent a used one. But it seems to work well enough so I'll keep it.

Very good flat iron
I really like this flat iron. Now the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because although it straightens and smooths out my hair it takes more than 2 passes to see results. I have very dry and curly hair. I definitely believe that treating your hair prior to using a flat iron is very important and key to achieve the results that u want. I use a frizz serum some coconut oil and a heat protector I like the chi iron guard spray. I set the flat iron to the highest setting and by the time I'm done my hair is silky smooth. I did notice this iron is also great for making curls. I definitely recommend it.

Works Great And Inexpensive
Works great and is cheaper than the salon grade versions that vibrate and run in the hundreds of dollars. Perfect for home use!

It's GREAT for the price
Recently got this flat iron. My hair is thin and wavy and I can tell you it is not a "one-stroke" process. But, most of flat irons are not either. It performs extremely well and the temperature is up to 475 degrees which is great. Most others are 450 degrees. My hair is super straight after I use it. Definitely recommend it, you cannot go wrong for this price. Not really sure what the vibrating feature is all about, I don't find it to compliment anything. Thinking about getting a few of these for Christmas presents as I know it is a good product at a reasonable price and I'm sure my girlfriends will love it as much as I do.

All that and more
OMG! Ok so I've owned flat irons before but I have curly hair and they didn't work, I watched a video on how these vibrating negative ion flat irons are supposed to work on all hair types, well let me tell you this thing has changed my life! I can run a brush through my hair, it stays smooth and sleek for days, this flat iron does everything it claims to do. It's made from good quality material, lightweight and easy to handle yet durable. Easy operation and quick heat up. It's all around a great product.
