Ok, Probably a little much TMI but here we go. I was feeling bloated every time I ate.. not only that i just felt miserable.. Since I work outside and the city I live in is apparently in direct competition with hell to see which is hotter, feeling that way and being outside was extremely debilitating.. so I saw the commercial and decided to get complete gut repair however, in my rush to get it, I apparently and accidentally clicked on complete gut reset which is made for women.... but I've been told dudes can use it too... so instead of shipping it back and waiting miserably another week, I decided to give it a shot. Started taking it June 30th. My weight was 235.... Now granted around that time I started waking in the mornings at least 3 1/4 miles plus all the walking I do at work. I average about 5.8 miles a day so that's a contributing factor. Also, I have stopped eating as much & stay away (most times) from the junk food. And skipping supper. Only eating breakfast and lunch. Today is July 12th I stepped on the scales yesterday morning and I was at 217.6... couldn't believe it... the bloating had subsided and I'm feeling pretty good. 👍 I will definitely keep using this and next time I order I will make sure to click on the complete gut repair and try that out.. On a side note, the picture they use in advertisements of the guy sitting on the toilet🤦‍♂️ Honestly made me think that I was going to have explosive diarrhea at any moment😄 that was not the case at all so I am happy to report that😁. Hope this review helps someone who is on the fence. I'm out😁

When I first opened this up, I didn't think the powder smelled very good. Not that it smelled badly, but I was expecting to not like the flavor. However, it was actually pretty good. The powder dissolved completely in room temperature water; I didn't detect any grittiness. Although it would be best in milk, I tried it out with plain water. The flavor was good even in that! I'm not sure whether it helps at all with my IBS, but it didn't cause any digestive issues (I've had that with other probiotics). That being said, I don't think I could justify the price, for only 24 servings. I do like to take my supplements as something that has flavor, like this or like gummies, things like that. But the price per serving of probiotic capsules is so good that it's difficult to justify going for something like this. It costs more for 24 servings than it does for 8 weeks of the current probiotic that I take -- and the current probiotic that I take is more expensive than most.

I really liked the flavor and it did keep me regular. The price was high, and I didn’t notice anything drastic.

Loving this so far. I like that this product is free of many additives I try to avoid and the flavor is great. I mixed it with warm almond milk before bed and it was really soothing. I didn’t have any discomfort through the night and noticed a difference after using it one time. The product is a little pricey so I don’t know if I will be able to use it long term but I’m very happy with the results so far.

I got this for my wife because she really loved the Gut Repair powder from Happy Mammoth. That one has more protein, but we realized we could use more fiber in our diet, so I decided to switch it up and grab this for her. She absolutely loves it! Same yummy vanilla bean flavor—she says it tastes like having a little white chocolate mocha every morning. Makes me happy knowing she enjoys it and that it’s helping with her digestion too.

The powder tastes horrible and doesn’t dissolve in liquid. There are clumps of mix left at the bottom of the glass. This has artificial calorie-free sweetener, which isn’t disclosed in the description. If they made this as a flavor-free, sweetener-free powder it would be better. It even overpowers my fruit smoothie. Will never buy again.
