3rd Party Nintendo DS Lite Mains Power Adapter Battery Charger (DSL)

Little DS Lite has a missing charger, it's been left for 2 years without charging. I didn't hold up much hope of it charging as there was no battery life to recognise to charge. I was wrong and it powered up and away it went. Pleased with item. Can't go wrong

I had one of these delivered a couple of days ago and it broke pulling it out of the socket so I returned it. I looked for another type and bought this because it says "UK manufacture" in the description When it arrives it is the same as the previous model apart from it didn't break when I pulled it from the socket. That would maybe explain the price increase.Come on Amazon sort this dodgy stuff out.

I bought this in an attempt to resurrect my old Nintendo DS Lite which I have not used in years.The charger itself seems to be alive, as the its red light is switched on. The cable plugs into my Nintendo DS Lite perfectly snug and well, but my Nintendo orange charging light flashes once and then disappears. I have just googled the problem and am assuming it's an internal issue with the Nintendo battery or the fuse or something. So I will be trying to fix it. Will update
