The bigger Jackery- a good balance of power and size
The Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station is an impressive and reliable power source that has consistently proven its value. It holds a charge for a long time, making it ideal for extended trips, and it offers excellent flexibility with multiple charging options — whether plugged into a wall outlet, a car, or paired with solar panels. I’ve found it especially useful for camping, where it easily powers several devices at once without any strain. including phones, cpap, and my fan. Of note, however it is quite heavy and large. While the price is certainly on the higher side, the durability, versatility, sleek design, and long-lasting performance make it feel like a worthwhile investment and a strong overall value for anyone who needs dependable portable power.

Great product at great price
Jackery Explorer 2000 V2 Review: I'm referring to the equipment as portable power station / PPS / battery. PERFORMANCE: It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, with 30% charge. Charging was very simple. There is a quiet charging mode, which takes 3x duration to full charge, but is also quieter. I thought full charge speed was a nice, quiet, pleasant white / no need for the quiet charge option. Quiet charging is unneeded for us, but a neat feature. I didn't realize when shopping that there was a light on the power station (dim, bright, SOS pattern options), so that's good. I created a Jackery account and paired the device with the app, which was all simple. I guess the best part of the app is being able to remotely see the % battery left. For what it's worth though, you can remotely turn on each segment of the power station (DC / USBs, AC / normal wall outlets, and the light) too. We unplugged the fridge from the wall and plugged it into the PPS. Treated the fridge as we normally do, opening when we needed to take something out / put something in, dispensing water. It lasted for 21.3 hours. The battery also has pass-through charging, meaning you can plug the PPS into the wall while power is on, and the fridge (or other equipment) will charge from the battery. If we're away from the house while the power comes back on, the fridge will switch to being powered from the wall (via the PPS) while the battery starts to recharge in preparation for the next power loss event. The charging speed during pass-through charging is roughly the same as charging while not powering anything (~1500W). We also tested pass-through charging by turning the breaker off (simulating power loss) while the fridge was plugged into the PPS and the PPS plugged into the wall. The transition from pass-through to battery was seamless. The fridge lights never even flickered through wall-power loss and through changing back to pass-through charging. Given this capability, I could see using it as a battery backup for our sump pump, with the sump pump always plugged into the PPS, which would always be plugged into the wall. _________(I haven't dont research to verify if there will be any effect on life of product if used that way.)__________ The alternative is the PPS sitting in on a shelf in the basement, waiting to either be manually deployed as a fridge backup, or in the rare case of outdoor camping use. WEIGHT: When I first picked it up, I was happy we went with Jackery, being the least heavy among competitors (EcoFlow, Anker, Bluetti). At 40 lbs, it's heavy for sure, but much more manageable for taking up/down the stairs than competitors' 50-60 lb devices of equal capacity. I was also able to hoist it onto the counter when needed. PRICE: Black Friday, 2024: We purchased from Amazon on Black Friday for $800 ($900, plus a $100 "coupon" that you just need to click the checkbox for). At the time, Jackery was selling for $900 (no coupon). I found the Jackery Explorer 2000 V2 to be comparable, but ~$100-200 lower cost than competitors mentioned above. Dec6, 2024: Amazon is back to selling for the regular listed price of $1500, with no sale. Jackery is back to the regular listed price of $1500, but with a $600 "coupon" automatically applied at checkout. This sale is the "Christmas Sale!" December 3-8. So Jackery's Black Friday sale wasn't exclusive to Black Friday. Dec12, 2024: Amazon: sale for $900 Jackery: sale for $1100 (listed at $1500, with $400 coupon) LONGEVITY: I have only had this product for about a week, so I can not speak to the longevity of the product.

Quality and power in an emergency
Works very well and charges all my devices with no problem. I bought this for emergencies and peace of mind, and I love that it’s portable with a sturdy handle. The front panel gives you easy access to all the ports — multiple AC outlets, USB‑A ports, USB‑C ports, and the DC input — so everything is right where you need it. If you live in an area where it snows, this is something you’ll be glad to have. You really can’t go wrong with a brand like Jackery; you’re getting quality and reliability. If the power goes out, at least you’ll still have electricity. Don’t forget to pick up a solar panel to keep it powered — you’ll be glad you did.

Great power station
So far this power station has worked better than we expected. It is extremely easy to use and holds a great charge. We operated a full PA System, 2 wireless mic receivers, an MP3 player, and a phone charger, for about 8 hours and only used 20% of the capacity power. We'll also be saving this for when we lose power in the winter and can plug in a small heater, light, and phones. The build quality seems very good. It's heavy, no doubt, but manageable. My only gripe with it is there's no cover over the plug input or lighter input. Otherwise, it's been great.

Love my Jackery 2000 V2
This is a tale of two stories. First, the Jackery 2000 V2 Portable power unit is great. This gets a "5". If you're a CPAP user, you know what it's like to have the power go out at night and you need to get some sleep. You remember when you used to love to go camping but your now limited to sites with electricity which in turn, can limit where you camp. Sleeping without CPAP, not a good option. Then I learned about Jackery at a retailer. The version they had was smaller with less capacity. Check good old Amazon, Jackery options galore. This unit will provide my CPAP with at least 4, 6-8hr nights before needing a charge. Best method to charge is electrical outlet but this unit came with 2, 200watt solar panels for charging and yes they work but that leads us to tale #2. These panels are well made and flexible. The reason for my "4" rating. You must have good line of sight sun light. You must angle the panels (an alignment "sight" is provided for optimal placement) properly. The sun moves, so must the panels for optimal charging. They work but can take hours and even longer if not in optimal alignment with direct sun light. Overall, this was a real good purchase and I am happy with the results. The price is a good value for the quality of the product. Note, stay with Jackery parts and cables. Knock-offs that claim to work with their products may not live up to the hype!

Used it day 2 after receiving it. Power went out and we had lighting, able to use an induction hot plate to cook a meal. Love it.

I need this Jackery for my corn stove it needs hydro to run the auger and works great. Charges up very fast as well and easy to use the app is simple as well. Also when bought it was over 50 percent off the price.

Using this as UPS battery backup for sump. Note, to prevent it from turning off automatically every 12 hours, you need to have a continuous load for it to work as UPS, I have my modem plugged in, but it only draws ~23W output... so I have also disabled energy saving mode to prevent auto shutdown regardless of load. So far so good. Have had 2 power outages, had not affected sump as its winter but it keeps the internet up and running smooth :)
