I purchased this to repair my Aunts phone. The process went smoothly. It is easy to install. I would recommend you watch a few videos on youtube on the process. Looking at the phone you would not ever know that the screen has been replaced. I do recommend however that you heat the edges again after placing in the new screen to help it to seal securely. Overall great product. UPDATE... I purchased a second screen and it came damaged. I contacted the seller and He promptly sent me a new one. I asked if he wanted me to return the damaged one and he said there is no need. I am pleased with the product and the seller. I will do business with them again.

(READ UPDATE BELOW)It worked fine for a few hours but now it is intermittently self-digitizing as if a ghost is touching the screen. During texting it sometimes speed-writes gibberish or the screen expands into deep zoom-mode. It is hard to navigate through Netflix videos when it goes into this intermittent mode.Update: I I had hoped it might clear up but it has only gotten worse and now it's intermittently changing my phone settings during these "ghost typing" events. I need to replace it.UPDATE:A replacement arrived and it has been working perfectly for about a week now.

Not sure. We took the cracked screen off, put the new one on, and the phone stopped working altogether. Other than the crack, the phone worked up until that point.

Replacement for a cracked screen. The product came uth no instructions at all. Still in its box. Total waste. Unless your a techie, you will be lost.

Watch a few youtube videos first. The adhesive is tricky to get on right but I got it and it's working as I hoped. Saved $120 from the phone repair shop.

B dias. vivo en Venezuela, la pantalla que recibi vino con daños en el flex. por tanto voy a proceder a comprarla nuevamente. el tlf. que tengo esta relativamente nuevo y aun sumandole el costo de otra pantalla, aun me sale mas economico que adquirir un equipo nuevo. no la he devuelto por cuanto resusta dificil por las circunstancias que vivimos en nuestro Pais tramitar un reclamo. es muy costoso y podria resultar infructuoso. por el tiempo transcurrido desde la fecha de compra.. gracias por su atencion.
