This is a life changer. I absolutely hate every other flavour of electrolytes I've tried from multiple brands this is the only one I have actually been able to drink. Don't get me wrong it's not pure juice and sweetness it's not at that level but finally I have found something that's not icky to drink, I like to use 1 tablet per 400ml of water I know the advice is 500ml but I prefer it slightly more concentrated. The price is also sensible £5 per 20, this is around the same as other brands which is good.

Taste like a weaker Vimto cordial but still nice to have especially after working in the heat!

Good taste & really helped with symptons
I was recommended to take an electrolyte drink after a bad case of food poisoning/diarrhoea & this proved just right. Tasted good too.

Got to say if you like Vimto then these are great.
The Mrs bought these for herself and I seem to have appropriated them for my drinks bottles. I love the flavour and whilst I cannot verify the science bit I do find that I like them and drink more regularly when playing tennis. Some other electrolyte tablets taste paste like or sharp where these just taste like Vimto to me.

Tick the box for hydration
Nice flavour. Not sure how much these electrolytes compare to some of the others. Ie. Not as many vitamins but tick the box for hydration!
