I love these boots
I've waited 6 months to write this review, to make sure I can give a true account of winter use, having been a Hunter wearer for years I was fed up with them not lasting more than 3 months, I looked for an alternative, it took me a month to decide what to get, I wasn't convinced these would be waterproof but they are. We have a small holding and I wear my boots all the time, they are great, comfortable,(plenty of room around calf and ankle) breathable( ideal for summer) and waterproof. I was skeptical about walking the dogs through dewy grass but have not had a problem, I do clean and waterproof them regularly, about the only thing I haven't tried is walking through a stream. I would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy another pair, they can be cleaned and shined up like new to wear out if you want to, we went to Bruges for the Christmas Markets and I spent all day in them. As a lot of the reviews say, they are generous in size so a smaller size should suit you better

Love these boots
I looked at loads of boots online and read every review - or so it seemed! - and decided on these despite some reviews saying they had had problems with rubbed heels. But - forewarned - I made sure to wear two pairs of socks - the boots themselves are roomy (size 8) - the outer pair folded down over the heel area and have had no problem at all. Several months on I still wear two pairs of socks as it is more comfortable size-wise and can honestly say I LIVE in them! They are soooo comfortable and I never realised how warm my legs could be on a cold day. They are flexible and absolutely waterproof - so far - despite the filthy weather and many muddy puddles as I walk my two dogs daily over fields and rough ground.. I have found I wear them shopping etc as they look really good and have bought a good quality cleaner/waterproofer which I use often. They come up like new. I would definitely recommend them and when these wear out I will order another pair like a shot. I have a feeling my husband might get some too .........

Toggi Boots.
I have been wearing these toggi's for 2+ months now, I normally wear a size 6 shoe and ordered my toggi's in a size 40 the fit for me was slightly generous which is fine, my feet don't overly slip about up and down in the boot and not at all with thick socks. I have never suffered from any discomfort from wearing these boots and I find them extremely comfortable, at first the leather was a little stiff to walk in but they are softening up lovely. I can confirm mine are completely waterproof even walking through streams and ponds, they are of excellent quality, I wear them every day and they look brand new with no signs of wear yet (after a hose down). I highly recommend these boots they will keep your feet incredibly warm and dry in this wet weather.

Lovely waterproof boots
I am a size 4.5 and as everyone said that these come big I ordered a four. In my opinion they size about the same as clarks boots. They fit me fine, so they are probably half a size generous. When I unwrapped them my first impressions were that they looked small, however I think this was an optical illusion due to the legs being wide. All in all I think they're very good boots. They keep my feet nice and dry and are like a warm breathable and comfy version of wellingtons. As I'm only 5"2 and petite, the leg length was fine, but I thought the width sized generously. However, I figured this means that I will be able to tuck jeans or layers into them as well as my jodhpurs when the weather gets really cold.I have used them for riding and they're great for that, I can feel the horse moving through them, and the grip is decent without being dangerous in the stirrups. My riding instructor was suitably impressed and says that she wants a pair now too!It is true what people say about the heel cuff being very uncomfortable at first, but as I'm short I'm able to tuck most of my trousers around my heel before putting on the boot, which has so far protected me from blisters. I'd recommend wearing thick socks with them until broken in!Once they're worn in I feel they will be one of the best and longest lasting pairs of boots that I have owned. Thank you Toggi, and thank you seller for a quick and reliable service.

Stylish and comfy to wear riding, yard and dog walking boot
After 30 years of not riding I picked it up again just over a year ago, I have now tried several different types of boot (rather more choice these days than the last time I was riding!!), but with no joy, all were uncomfortable in one way or another, so I decided to get these . . . . . . and I love them!! In fact my riding instructor and I are not sure if it was the boots, but I had my best riding lessons to date at the weekend! To cover off some other points raised by other reviewers:One reviewer stated that they come up slightly big, they were spot on, I bought the size 38 (5) as I am usually a 5 and a half and they are perfectThose with slim/skinny legs will find them a bit baggy on the legThe first time I wore them the leather was a little stiff and one rubbed a small blister on back of my ankle on my achilles tendon, but I did walk 4 miles with the dog and they have been fine sinceIn summery - really comfortable and stylish all round boot

Boots fine service average
These boots seemed of general good quality but the actual colour was nothing like the picture. In the pic they were tan with contrasting colours but these are quite a dark chocolate colour and from a distance you can't tell they are two different shades of leather. I queried this with the vendor who simply blamed it on the picture they had been supplied by Toggi. Not the sort of answer I would expect from the people that took my money. However we kept the boots in the hope they will fade and the contrast will develop more.

They fit and are waterproof!
I have real problems getting my feet into long boots - high arches and all that and my feet just won't go in at all. These were wide enough and are brilliant. They rubbed my heel for a few days - nothing that Compeed blister packs could sort - and after that were great. Still wearing them most days as the fields are wet and muddy. Loving them. They look good too.
